Other: There is construction occurring at The Boys and Girls Club on North Lincoln St a property adjacent to 328 South Grant and 332 South Grant, two properties managed by Jamar Properties Management. The construction company has been leaving construction debris (such as nails) in the alley of the properties. They have also been parking in the lot for these properties without authorization. In parking at the property they have caused damaged to parking planters. Finally, a cable wire has been cut which has resulted in no cable and wifi at the units.
