closed: Can't Fix #163982

Traffic Signals:

Other: The left turn traffic signal never comes on when heading north on Old SR 37/Walnut, trying to turn left (west) onto Gordon Pike. We had to wait for several cycles around 6pm today, with only 1 or 2 cars squeaking through at most, usually when the light was turning red. There is already a left turn light there, but it's off. Please turn it on.
