Other: Hello, I had contacted you about a commercial property that is adjacent to my home that has very bright lights shining into my yard all night long. The uReport case # was 163922 The case was closed but the issue is not resolved. The building has three open bulbs with no covers on them, shining all night long. The property owner told Carl Budden that they would orient the lights downward, but it doesn't matter because the lights have no covers and are just open round bulbs shining in every direction.
Visited site and confirmed that lights on rear of building had been oriented downwards.
Mr. Bik, I reassigned your previous uReport #163922 to Carl Buddin who is the Zoning Compliance Planner because lighting trespass is under the Unified Development Ordinance. According to the #163922, Mr. Buddin contacted Strauser Construction and the lights will be oriented downward to prevent glare across property line. I will reassign this uReport to Mr. Buddin, so he knows that there is still a problem.
