Other: I am a resident at 2015 S. Georgetown Rd. While I greatly appreciate and like the new trash removal bins, I am a bit surprised at how early trash removal starts in my neighborhood. Removal starts as early as 5:25 am in my neighborhood on Thursday mornings. The trucks back down by street with the loud beeping noise and the when the trucks dump the trash from the new bins it is quite loud even with windows closed. My neighbors and I are unfortunately woken up by the noise most Thursdays at 5:30am. What time is trash removal supposed to start? Can it be shifted to at LEAST 6:00 am? I'm not sure if this is a noise ordinance violation but seems like it might be. Thanks, Aaron Neal 812-340-2565
