Other: Hi, I am kind of confused about offroading laws / city ordinances. From what I can tell it is not illegal to drive a vehicle (say a jeep) on someone elses property unless one of the following is true: - There are posted no trespassing signs - You are told to stop - You have to bypass some sort of security system (such as a locked gated) This doesn't sound right to me though. Surely i'm missing something? Or is it legal to drive a vehicle on someones yard or something as long as you are not explicitly told not to? That would seem weird to me but I just cant find anything that says otherwise.
