Other: On April 29, 2018 I was turning onto 3rd street off of Jackson where I struck a curb in the middle of the road. There is a street sign at the corner warning you of a speed hump but not that there is a huge curb holding dirt and literally in the road. It CUT my tire and damaged my rim. Not sure how or where to file this complaint, but hopeful the city will accept responsibility. I was told by 3 different residents at the time I hit it that less than 24 hours prior another lady had hit it also with damage. And that a city police officer 2 weeks ago had hit it as well.
