Other: Hello City Issues, As you look at the location I'm sure you already know what I'm asking. As you leave the AMC movie theater on the west side of town on 3rd street, there's that ambiguous light that I've seen traffic handle two different ways. One is that only the left lane turns left and the other set treat both lanes as left turn lanes. I'm here to ask: 1) Can you verify, as you leave the movie theater, if I want to turn right onto 3rd street, is the first light only left turn-able from the left lane or do both allow you to turn? 2) This is very pie in the sky, but are you able to place traffic signs near the lights indicating the available turns? Having them clarify the purpose of the right hand lane would be tremendous. I'm only asking because I've constantly seen people think one of two camps and, every time I leave the movie theater, I nearly see a wreck every time. Thank you. -Joe
