The City no longer removes graffiti from private property. I have forwarded your request to the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department. They may be able to contact the property owner and request that they remove it. If you see no action in the near future, please call me at 812-325-2952 and I will attempt to get a resolution for you. Thanks for noticing this and wanting to do something about it.
