Other: It would be useful, and I think easier for the sanitation department, to have an online form to request large item pick up, rather than having to call in.
I was hoping to have a large item of trash picked up with my regular trash today, Monday. I called this past Friday, not realizing the sanitation department was closed on Fridays. They called me back today (Monday) and left a message. By the time I was able to call back, it was too late for anybody to pick up the item, so I have to wait until next week.
