Other: With all of the construction in town and people using alternate routes it is creating nightmares for drivers as I'm sure you are aware. NOW they have the right turn lane off Smith road to 45 east closed. Traffic backs up well past the hill coming down Smith to get out onto 45 again. A couple of years they were doing something along 45 and put a 3 way stop at Smith and 45. This seriously needs done again for the ongoing construction. I'd like to see it as a permant relief for traffic issues at this much used, congested area. Thank you
