Other: Backed up West bound traffic on Bloomfield Road is made a bit worse with the lights here off sensor during construction. The timing is providing more time than needed for cross traffic and turn lane, should be set much longer for E-W Bloomfield. The light further east at Twin Lakes has very sensitive sensor for cross traffic, also adding to the backup, could let the cross traffic wait longer and reset if they escape with a right turn on red to keep the E-W flow going if it can.
