Other: I'm a resident at Ambassador Apartments, and these potholes (4 major ones) are always on my way to the bus, dumpster, and sidewalk. I'm blind, and I cannot notice these while I'm walking, and I've fallen on them many times. I've lived here since 2011, and these potholes have existed since that time without being repaired.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.
