Other: The alley behind my house which connects West 3rd St to Euclid Avenue has developed some major potholes as utility trucks have passed through. My neighbors and I (8 of us) all park behind our houses along this alley, and the deep holes are difficult to navigate. It's a gravel alley which has been regraded before and I am wondering if it can be done again. Thank you.
