Line of Sight: Complaint

Line of sight issue when pulling onto 17th St from Willis Dr. bushes block the view when look to the west.

If a driver pulls up to the edge of the lane of travel, sight distance is fine. The bike lane is not included as a lane of travel. As long as there are no cyclists in the bike lane, a motor vehicle can slowly pull up into the bike lane in order to see on-coming traffic.
