Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: The parking meters do not allow you to pay before they turn on. I had a meeting in the morning, and I did not want to be late just to pay the meter. The meters should allow you to pre-pay in the time before they turn on. Otherwise, people who have meetings will have to either be late to their meeting or face a parking ticket as I did. This system is ridiculous! Coins were better! You could at least pay the meter at any time with coins!

The meters do let you pre pay, the display tells you how much time you have paid for and will start at 9am
