Other: I work at the school of Business and travel south on Fee Lane. I noticed that there are no speed limit signs from 17th to 10th street. When students are present I usually travel about 20 miles an hour. Yesterday a motorist passed me just before you get to the crosswalk in front of Mc Nutt. There were waves of student on both sides of Fee lane. This motorist crossed the double yellow lines traveling at about 35 miles an hour. Can speed limit signs be installed for about 20 miles an hour? This is a dangerous place for pedestrians.
