Website & Web Services Feedback:

Other: I know you have been working on this, but at this point, there is no way to do a ureport on a mobile device. Only a couple of the categories show up and you can't scroll inside the page like on the desktop version (which... I don't understand why that is a thing in the first place). It's frustrating because I never remember to make reports once I get to a computer, and have to sync photos from my phone before doing it when I do remember.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 128 days have already passed.

Hi Jessika, Thanks for reaching out about this issue. We've been trying to tackle an update to this critical application on many fronts. We had a few great entries from the Civic Code Challenge at this year's Combine event. At the last BMGHack meeting, we discussed adopting one of those solutions and deploying it as a group project. To that end, I forked the entries to the BMGHack's github page (https://github.com/bmghack). We're also working on moving this project forward internally at the City. After a long search, we recently filled the Front-end Devloper position in the ITS Department. Adam is starting to give this project his attention. We'll keep you posted as the project progresses. Thanks again for using the system to let the City know about issues.
