Other: I started using the parking app about 3 months ago and in those 3 months I have gotten two parking tickets. They are were both dismissed but that is not the point. It takes time to appeal the ticket and it's just a nuisance. I thought that the parking enforcement officer is required to check that an app is not being used and not just base it on the light flashing red. It makes it not worth it to use the app if every 1 time out of 20 I park I get a ticket. I thought it was something you should know so the issue can be looked into.
