Other: This morning I was almost hit by a Ray's Trash garbage truck that was going the wrong way down 6th street. The driver seemed to know what he was doing.

ESD contacted Ray's Trash and informed them of the nature of the complaint. They responded that they had passed the issue along to the drivers of that route, with an instruction to obey traffic laws and drive safely. Because this complaint was filed anonymously, staff did not follow up with the submitting constituent.
