closed: Can't Fix #165015

Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: There is a roller coaster pothole on East Rhorer Road to the east of Walnut Street Pike. This has been filled many times but now has an edge to it that if hit just right will damage tires. We hit this on Sunday morning 7/1 and have a tire with a sidewall bulge that will have to be replaced. Am sure this pothole has been reported before. Is there any compensation for damage to our tire? Thanks!
