City Construction Projects:

Other: Construction is being done in Sherwood Oaks 2, in the Peppergrass condo area. There is a port-o-let that is smelling horrible at the corner of Peppergrass and Heather. Especially since it is so hot, the smell is stifling. No one has even been working at this site for at least 2 weeks. Can it be removed, or emptied? Thank you!
