Email: Some feedback for your web team: I find the city website generally to be clear, helpful, and easy to use. However, the lack of topic-specific contact information for city staff is frustrating. I don't like talking on the phone. I'd rather have things in writing. I would just like to know whom to email. But I have to guess. This--combined with weird, low-information job titles ("Rental Specialist 1," "Rental Specialist 2," "Program Manager"--those have no meaning to me as the customer of city services!) makes it frustrating to know whom to contact. Why not just make a directory that tells what important topics are in people's individual responsibilities and areas of expertise?

Eric, I will share your comment with our web team and communications staff. The job titles are the legal salary ordinance titles for these positions, but I understand they might not be 100% clear. Thanks for your feedback. Best, Rick
Charles, the above statement was at the bottom of an email received in HAND. since this makes sense to me I thought I'd forward it to you...
