Lee Huss has been in email communication with Richard Groner. Lee explained the tree that was removed was a city tree and the reason for its removal. Lee shared a copy of the Tree Commission Tree Care Manual with Richard. They are communicating regrading the type of tree to plant to replace the removed tree.
