Matthew, my apologies for the delay in responding to this uReport regarding the pedestrian crossing of 11th at Fairview (at the railroad tracks). This intersection is certainly unconventional and the railroad bridge structure does limit visibility. We do not have an active project for this area, but we do have an upcoming project to improve numerous crosswalks throughout the City (improvement types will likely vary and could involve flashing beacons or geometric changes). That project has not finalized which crosswalks would be included, but I will add this intersection to the list of locations to evaluate.
