Other: I have had an ongoing problem with a neighbors cat(s). I am severely allergic and have told them this repeatedly, contacted Animal Control, the officer had actually left a cage several times at my home only to catch other critters and never the cat. I have taken pictures over the couple of years documenting. He walks his cat(s) and laughs when I repeatedly ask him to keep the cat off of my property. I am not able to open my garage door because the cat tries to get in. I should not have to deal with cat hair, cat waste, on my property. Officer Eubanks is the one that has helped me for two years. I left a message for her recently asking her what my next step is. Haven't heard anything. What can you do to help me. This is a huge medical issue for me and I need to know who is going to assist.
Officer has reached out to complainant on multiple occasions. Officers continue to patrol area.
