Other: Walnut and College moving south the left hand lane becomes a turn left only. 46 West to East at College and Walnut Notification is only Speeding in Construction Zone and then Student return traffic delay. Cones for left hand lane are sudden and create a turn left only suddenly. There should be a mile notification of the left hand only and several following. See OSHA
