Other: Walk sign only partially functional Location: SW Corner of College Ave and 6th (social cantina) The walk sign facing across 6th (towards jewelry store) isn't displaying the walk icon with the white bulbs. The orange bulbs do work and show the stop hand and the countdown when it's time.
