She is getting water in her basement off of Maple St. There is no curbing left there to keep the water in the gutter of the street. I believe this section of road needs milled or higher curbs replacing the older curbs. I had just met with Ron and Joe one block to the west with a similar issue but that one also included historic sidewalk.
