Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: I live at 1514 E. Elliston Drive, and I believe that their might be an underground stream that has developed. The road where it meets the curb continues to create little sink holes and the same is happening to my yard where it meets the curb of the street. I have tried filling with soil, but it appears to get washed away. I encourage any suggestions or help. James Kobow
