Street Lights:
Other: The street light on the 900 block of Howe Street, close to wear it intersects with Davisson, is never on when I come home at night. I come home via car, biking, or walking and that block is dangerously dark. There have been some recent attacks on the street and we would feel safer knowing that light was consistently working
