Other: Both 423 S. Jordan and 424 S. Jordan (directly across the street) are having slow rate of drainage into the sewer. Two weeks ago our house (423 S. Jordan) which has a newer PVC drainage line connecting to the main was cleared and no major blockages noted by the plumber. Now that both sides of the street are experiencing the same problem, suspect the problem maybe in the sewer line under the street. There is also some water visible in the street against the curb at 424 S. Jordan that could be related (there has been no precip today).
