Other: On August 21st, I reported a homeless camp at Wapehani Park. It was examined and reported back to me that the camp was on private property. I found this quite strange, because it is on a trail that has a difficulty marker at the beginning of the trail. It totally looks like the other trails in the park and there's absolutely no way to tell it's private property. At any rate, the homeless people have moved on and have left a large amount of trash in what I believe is the park. There are probably 15+ large bags worth of trash - clothes, books, pans, papers, etc. My original report was 165599. I really hope someone will look, because I really don't think what I'm describing is on private property. Thanks for your consideration!
