Other: The alley adjacent to our property (716 E 2nd St, Bloomington, IN 47401) requires maintenance. Our driveway and its connection to this alley is so steep, as well as filled with potholes and excavated areas of gravel that we are unable to park there without potentially causing damage to our vehicles (in addition to having to accelerate to an unsafe speed to even enter the driveway). Our landlord, Elkins Apartments, has deemed it the City of Bloomington's responsibility to make this repair.
