Other: I live on E. Kerr Creek Rd., a little bit east outside of Bloomington. at around the 6000 block of E Kerr. Creek Rd., there is a house that has three dogs, two of which are pitbulls. While I myself have had pitbulls in the past, these two dogs look extremely scary. Even to this point, I would not care that they are scary, as much as care about the fact that they are behind a wire fence that it looks like they could easily devour if they wanted. I have no desire to get the owner(s) in trouble or to get the dogs taken away, however, every time I leave the house it looks like they're going to jump over the tiny little fence and kill me. I wanted to bring this to the attention to someone, with the hope that something could get done. I absolutely desire to stay anonymous. Thank you.
