Other: Could you provide me with a resource to appeal for landlord's unfavorable action? Briefly, Deer park management asked for 2,000 $ deposit for the 2 bedroom apartment for rent due to my lack of credibility in 2017. Now the apartment return only 800 $. They charged whole painting cost and so forth. I do not think it is reasonable to charge. Please, I need an institute for the appeal for this issue before the court. Thanks, Jae
