Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: My name is Brynn and I live in the Regency Court apartment complex. I am signed up through the City of Bloomington to pay our water and sewage bills, but we have been moved in for over 2 months and have not yet received a bill. We just are wondering when we will receive that, and want to make sure that we have not missed any! Thanks!
