The caller was referring to pedestrian crossing island on Henderson, just north of Brenda. There is a tree in the island that may or may not be blocking the solar panel and therefore cause the pedestrian crossing not to work. Could you please send someone out to look at it?

Thanks for your help -- I'm a little unclear if this is a city tree or not. I imagine the solar panels aren't city, but are on private property. Caller said this is right behind Templeton and she's concerned about the lack of light (due to the solar panels being blocked?).
