Other: N Forrest Ave between E Cottage Grove Ave and E 11th. Multiple cars parked here on a daily basis where it says no parking. This is supposed to be a two lane road, but is not safely wide enough for traffic going both directions with cars parked here, and there is no where to move out of the way if two cars are traveling opposite directions on this road, causing a traffic hazard.
