Neil - we have the following information regarding the proposed development.
The petitioner proposes a four-story building with office on the first floor and 3 floors of multi-family above. The multi-family units will be a mix of studios, one-beds, and two-beds, with a total of 280 units, 360 beds with 30% of the units expected to be 2-bed units. There will be 15,000 to 20,000 square feet of medical office space on the first floor Pete Ellis frontage with apartments behind.
It is my understanding they are intending to be on the 11/5 Plan Commission Hearing. We have preliminary site plans, but nothing final yet at this point. Please let me know if you would like me to forward these to you. Thanks.
