I wrote the person who submitted the report and advised that this was the landlord's responsibility to enforce and the landlord has obligations under the FHA.

I wrote the complainant and explained that the city does not enforce parking rules on private property, but that the landlord may have an obligation to make reasonable efforts to make sure that only people with disabilities use the accessible spaces.
