Staff instructed construction site manager for 10th/Rogers location in question to instruct all delveries to turn into 10th Street to unload. If physically impossible to do so - the delivery driver must notify construction team ahead of time so flaggers can be ready immediately.
Thank you Aurora,

Hi Dan,
I will let the site managers know today - thanks for tracking down and passing along - they should know to turn in on 10th.
Thanks Aurora for pointing this out!

Alex,
I've contacted the person who made the original report and confirmed that this was a delivery for Trades District. Could you pass word along reminding delivery drivers not to block streets. If it's unavoidable they should avoid morning and evening rush times and provide flaggers. Causing the sort of delay described is not only frustrating to drivers but could delay emergency services.
Thanks,
Dan
