Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers):
Other: A storm sewer lid has slid off the pipe that it was covering, leaving it open far enough that a dog or child could fall in. It is located adjacent to the bike path along the east side of Sare Road where the path drops down close to Jackson Creek.
