Other: Hello. Is the traffic signal on 3rd, just east of the IN-37/I-69 ramps, still awaiting final synchronization as the I-69 construction project wraps up? I find myself sitting on 3rd waiting for that light all the time, when there is no cross traffic at all coming from Franklin or Wynnedale. Also the left turn lights on 3rd will often cycle even when there are no cars waiting to turn. Assuming that at least some of these signal cycles are triggered by sensors, I'm guessing the sensors, and/or the cycle times, need some work.
