Web Form: parking meter 6THW407-B, on 6th St between Rogers and Madison - accepted my coins today but never displayed any time and continued to flash a red light. It does not have a ParkMobile code on the front - so I had to find a different spot so as to not get a ticket. I put $1 in before I realized it was not registering!
