closed: Can't Fix #166542

Traffic Suggestions:

Other: Turning west onto the 45/46 bypass at walnut... the turn arrows let about 4 or 5 cars go thru at best... even if they speed off the line... can the duration of the green arrow be lengthened a "few cars" or so...
