Web Form: Yesterday, for the first time, my garbage container was emptied but not my recyclables bin--they were out together. As it is full, I either need an extra pickup--or to be able to leave another container (old trash barrel)of recyclables out next Wednesday. Thanks, Jim Barnes, 1305 S.
