Parking Meters and Citations:

Web Form: Predatory Towing in Bloomington. I have noticed an increase in the amount of tow trucks in and around the downtown area. In particular, Speedy Wrecker Service, has continually towed multiple vehicles in parking meters and then demanded payment be made in cash only. If the city wants people to be invited to spend time downtown they need to create a city ordinances that addresses the cost of towing $100 flat fee and also uses the 24 hour waiting period. What kind of community does Bloomington want to be?
