Web Form: Hi again, I am personally not having issues today, but about an hour ago a man was trying to park in the disabled spot in front of Fountain Square Mall. (Near 76118, but I don't know the number.) He was upset because he said he had tried other spots, but the parking meters weren't working. He reported the meter where he was parked would not take his card, and that he had entered $3.00 in coins but the meter would not record that he had paid anything. Thanks.
