Web Form: Weve been using yellow cab for quite some time now. Once or twice a day at least for the last few months. Its getting to a point where they don't answer their phones because their isn't a dispatcher. Or they take hours to show up. Thats not the problem though. The issue is we'll keep calling until someone answers and they pick up the phone cussing us out telling us there isn't no drivers before we can even get a word out. Ive been late to work multiple times, and the disrespect is too much to deal with. Especially when we pay a lot for their services. If this is how the city of bloomington treats people, we have a problem.
