Web Form: Juanita‘s restaurant has recently installed two of these LED security lights illuminating their parking lots. They produce at least 20,000 lm each. I live a block away, And I can literally read a newspaper from the light that comes through my window. I believe the luminosity of these lights is in violation of city code for lumens per acre.
